We loved the amazing boutique hotel - beautifully decorated rooms with local artwork. Luxurious spa baths and close to 5th avenue for restaurants and shops. Authentic Mexican food nearby. The hospitality and attention to detail by Francis and Manny was exceptional. Freshly made breakfast with fruits, hot meals, and drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at Bloom! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and the beach. The host, Francis, was incredibly attentive and provided valuable local information. The breakfast served in the beautiful outdoor area was absolutely delicious. The room facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the lovely roof terrace with sun loungers, hot tub, and shaded area. I highly recommend this boutique B&B for a delightful stay in Playa del Carmen.

Great location close to the Fifth Avenue and Mamita beach. The hotel is surrounded by lovely shaded outdoor areas. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. The breakfast served by the staff was homemade and unique every day.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast in a convenient location, close to everything in town. the outdoor area was lovely and provided a perfect shaded spot to unwind while enjoying a cup of coffee. the cozy room was clean, modern and comfortable with all necessary amenities. the service was exceptional, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious and creative, showcasing local flavors.

The bathroom could have used an additional towel rack or hooks for convenience.

The rooms were decently furnished and the beds were comfy. the location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. the hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which saves you money.

the rooftop hot tub was out of service and the entire area looked old and not well-maintained.

Our romantic escape was simply perfect! We really enjoyed the cozy and modern room decoration, and we felt right at home with the welcoming hosts who made sure we had a great stay. The location was key for us, being just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the main area for shopping, eating and drinking. We also loved the homemade breakfast served every day, offering delicious pastries and local flavors.

Although we had a great stay overall, we noticed that the rooftop area was starting to look a bit worn out. However, this minor issue did not take away from the stunning sunsets we watched from the shaded outdoor area.
